Stand for measuring the parameters of internal combustion engines – Ecumaster
The project included the design and comprehensive implementation of infrastructure supporting the operation of the Rotronics engine dynamometer installed on the research and development stand at the Polish company Ecumaster, which is a leading manufacturer of motorsport electronics. The whole was to be built in a well-thought-out and most universal way to meet the assumptions of ergonomics and at the same time to be able to change the tested engine relatively quickly, non-invasively and with minimal adaptation work if necessary.
- Mounting two different engines on the dynamometer platform.
- Mobile base of the switch cabinet.
- Mobile fuel supply point equipped with a universal fuel tank, fuel pressure regulator, pump with a set of filters and armored fuel lines.
- Mobile silencer mounting base.
- Split exhaust system with a set of free-standing hangers.
- Mobile battery trolley.
- Extendable and retractable engine harness tower.
- Adjustable fixings for water/water and water/oil exchangers.
- Cooling systems.
- A number of smaller works.
- Assembly of the whole.
